My general opinion of the holiday

As an Australian, my review is more holistic than specific, offering an overview of Australia's accessibility for wheelchair users.
As a young, developed country, wheelchair accessibility is more prevalent than in establish (European) countries or underdeveloped (SE Asian, Pacific) nations.
* Many motels (note: hotels in Australia are pubs) have full accessible rooms;
* Both public and private accessible toilets are prevalent;
* Both private and public accessible parking are prevalent, albeit challenging to get;
* Major domestic airlines cater for wheelchair passengers;
* Major tourist attractions cater for wheelchair users;
* Australia's public health system is excellent;
* Renting or repairing mobility or assistive technology equipment is relatively easy and cost-effective;
* Medical products (catheters, stomas, etc) are available to purchase;
* Support staff are generally dependable (but expensive).
